Abstract


In order to solve the software crisis , software workers have invented a lot of good software development process . The each software developers need to learn and master some of the modern software development process . Faced with so many of the software development process , how to quickly grasp and use them effectively is a challenge for many software developers . Iterative development as a basis for modern software development , its research will not only help software developers to quickly grasp the RUP (Rational Unified Process ) , also contribute to the in-depth understanding of the software development process . The background of the man - machine interface development project to a company phone , iterative development of research in the development of mobile phone standby screen application , the project RUP as the development process . This paper elaborates project requirements, analysis , design , realization and testing workflow iteration to achieve , and to provide an example of a small software development projects using iterative development . In this article concluded , in the small and medium-sized software development , the idea of RUP tailoring .
