Abstract


Augmented Reality (AR-Augmented Reality) With the rapid development and practical application of virtual reality (VR-Virtual Reality) need a real-world information and the virtual world of \a real scene with virtual scene fusion technology . The main research objective of this paper is to take advantage of a new calibration template complete augmented reality theoretical analysis and software development work . The same template by four external radius of the circle in the plane , not the same as the inner circle of radius concentric , three-dimensional registration using camera calibration algorithm based on concentric circles , the development of video data acquisition module based on DirectShow , Direct3D-based development of virtual objects rendering output module . The thesis can be divided into two parts, the first part consists of the first three chapters, discusses the knowledge of the the photo camera calibration projective geometry , camera calibration algorithm has been a hot research field of computer vision , and projective geometry for the camera the calibration key mathematical foundation . And detailed analysis of the ARToolKit enhance the reality development package functions as well as the main function modules to achieve , the deficiencies in the calibration template and calibration algorithm . The second part presents a new calibration template and camera calibration algorithm based on the concentric circles of the principle discussed in detail . This paper on four concentric calibration template to find the center image and then to calculate the image of the circular points , and finally obtain a homography matrix . The experimental results show that our algorithm in the augmented reality system is feasible , and to achieve the desired effect .
