Molecular imaging is an emerging interdisciplinary , involving multiple disciplines of molecular biology, physics , mathematics, information science , radiation medicine . In Vivo Optical Imaging is a new imaging modality , which is one of the hot spots in recent years, the field of molecular imaging research . Its forward problem can be equivalent to the problem of solving the Boltzmann transport equation . Since the analytical solution of the equation usually does not exist , it is generally approximate solution obtained by solving the diffusion equation based on a simplified procedure and the exact numerical solution obtained by random statistical methods ( such as : the Monte Carlo algorithm ) . In this paper, on the basis of the original the MOSE-1.0 's , through in-depth learning Monte Carlo algorithm , re- design and development in the body optical transmission simulation platform -MOSE-2.0 Monte Carlo algorithm for the shape of the module and its auxiliary input and output modules . And improve the method of recording , transmission energy processing and surface of the Monte Carlo algorithm in which the boundary by comparison with Tracepro simulation results , verify the correctness of the algorithm and stability . Second , on the basis of original ParaMose platform , has led to an improvement in the random number generator, to improve the accuracy of the parallel operation results ; optimize the spatial positioning algorithm , effectively reducing the time needed for spatial orientation , and further improve the operating speed of the parallel program , while this algorithm serial MOSE platform can also achieve the same speed .
