Abstract


With the impact of the higher education enrollment to the faculty, management , the quality of higher education in China there have been some problems that can not be ignored ; increased year by year in recent years , the competition for jobs is also increasing pressure job in the school , which inspire college students learning autonomy , improve learning efficiency , the proposed higher requirements to play the main responsibility for their own education and employment to a greater extent . For this reason , personal knowledge management of college students in recent years has been more and more attention . In this study, the presence of an obstacle course in instructional design for the S Educational Technology graduate as well as they are reflected in the job learning lack of reflection and questioning from the perspective of knowledge into research by exploring solutions for these problems personal Knowledge Management in the promotion of academic planning and to improve ways to apply the course learning outcomes . Survey summarizes this study, learning the main characteristics of the cases, and curriculum learning disabilities , while analyzing the objective environmental pros and cons , on the basis of design , build a virtual learning community of applicable in this case, the main courses , and through trial to collect feedback improved . Promotion of personal knowledge management college graduate with a positive and pragmatic exploration , also made ??a useful contribution to the virtual learning community building ideas inspired .
