This review focuses on the drum washing machine noise and vibration of the working conditions of a particular model large problems , the key parts of the system dynamics . In addition, through the establishment of a dynamic model of the washing machine , the virtual prototype model , mechanical and electrical integration model and analysis of physical and geometrical parameters of the corresponding structure has been optimized . Achieve results is as follows : (1 ) the use of vector method to establish the dynamic model of the six degrees of freedom of the washing machine , and the movement and kinetic analysis of the model . Numerical simulation , analysis of key parts of the washing machine amplitude , and verify the accuracy of the dynamic model . (2) Based on Pro / E and MSC. ADAMS virtual prototype model of the drum washing machine , the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the system with vibration mechanism . Affect the curve obtained on the basis of the analysis of the sensitivity of the parameters of the key components of the amplitude of the outer cylinder of each member . Prototype model of parametric optimization analysis , the proposed component parameter optimization program . (3) to the MSC. ADAMS and Simulink as a research tool , elaborated the basic steps of the drum washing machine mechatronics joint simulation modeling and implementation strategy . Simulink -based simulation environment, the model the joint simulation results show that the simulation model has good practicality . The above research results , not only a certain role in guiding the design parameters of the key parts of the drum washing machine , but also provides a good theoretical basis for the development of the physical prototype .
