Abstract


Limited resolution and field of view based on the measurement of the traditional visual image sensor, the papers can not be achieved the drawback of high-precision measurement of large-size objects under field conditions, a precise positioning of the three-dimensional space, large-scale field conditions point provides an effective way to resolve the potential conflict between the traditional visual measurement in the measurement range and measurement accuracy. Set the visual characteristics of the point to be tested in space, called the global control point, the use of close-range photogrammetry means to obtain test information, high-precision image processing technology, automatic and accurate registration of the global control point, the intersection of the beam and beam-based Adjustment technology, thereby restoring the three-dimensional information of the point of the global control. This method is flexible and free, can be well applied to the measurement of large-size objects under field conditions, measurement speed, high degree of automation, high measurement accuracy. Papers from both theoretical principle and method precision positioning of large-scale space field conditions, and complete the corresponding experiment. The main work of the paper are as follows: 1. Achieve precise positioning of the large-scale three-dimensional point field conditions. The close-range photogrammetry bundle adjustment techniques as a core technology, using only a single camera and global control point, the benchmark foot auxiliary measuring equipment to complete the measurement. 2. Designed implementations of the global control point. Point a small amount of the encoding flag in conjunction with a large number of non-coding flag point use; completed the encoding point and non-coding point of the design work, including encoding point and non-coding the dot size, the shape, the production of materials, the encoding method of the encoding point and coding capacity. 3 global control point detection algorithm. The global control point detection algorithm, including the shooting of measuring image preprocessing algorithm, the center of non-coding point positioning precision extraction algorithm and coding point encoding value automatically correct identification algorithm under field conditions. 4 non-coding point of the same name in different measurement images automatic and accurate registration algorithm. Studied based on the the very geometrical relationship crude registration algorithm, the analysis based on pole slope error on the the very geometric constraints registration in the registration results, and in this study based on the use of three image fine registration algorithm. 5 on the basis of close-range photogrammetry theory discussed bundle adjustment establishment of the constraint equations and solving method. 6. Designed system experiments, including the global control point detection experiments, non-coding point accurate with quasi-experimental and overall system measurement accuracy verification experiment.
