Abstract


In recent years, with the rapid development of the computer network communication technology , various forms of digital media has been widely used. However, due to the widespread use of powerful image-processing software , digital images are increasingly easy tampering. Traditionally, in the identification of image authenticity , using the method of active detection , ie : prior method to embed a digital watermark in a digital image or signature . However , this method has many shortcomings and deficiencies . Therefore , only passive detection method based on the image itself , the image authenticity and integrity of the certification has become a hot emerging research directions . In the process of the copy , paste and other operations on the image to achieve the purpose of image tamper , often appear in the portion of the original image of the image tamper junction defects ( singular) point . The wavelet transform coefficient modulus local maxima with the singular points of the image ( mutations ) has a specific contact , therefore, can realize the image accordingly tamper detection . This thesis is based on the rules of the wavelet coefficients , a JPEG2000 image tampering passive detection methods . The algorithm principle is : the greater the value of the modulus of the wavelet coefficients , then , the wavelet transform scale and wavelet coefficient modulus local maxima of the logarithm of the more approximate linear relationship . The method first extracts the edges of the image information, and then dyadic wavelet transform to obtain the information of the corresponding pixel in the image of each sub- band , and finally to the logarithm of the local maxima of the modulus of the wavelet coefficients to a one-dimensional curve fitting , so that the detected image . been tampered with , and tampered part positioning . The experimental results show that the present algorithm is better detection results , the JPEG2000 image the tampering parts can be more accurately determined . In addition, the high detection efficiency of the present algorithm , the running time is shorter , and therefore, it is an efficiency and effectiveness both passive detection algorithm of the digital image .
