Abstract


Cooling fan , hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors are engineering common industrial equipment , is widely used . Currently developed comprehensive performance test platform can simultaneously cooling fan , hydraulic pump , hydraulic motor . This article describes the cooling fan hydraulic pump - motor drive test bench system is mainly used to test test test cooling fan , hydraulic pump , hydraulic motor system and hydraulic components . The test rig is mainly from the drivetrain , hydraulic system , control system and auxiliary system . This paper describes the method of application software measurements in the test bench fatigue test on the basis of the test rig in place of the traditional torque sensor motor torque sensor measurement ideas . Therefore, this work has a very important practical engineering significance and application value . First of all, in this paper , two powertrain programs , and to analyze the technical features of the two programs . Powertrain test bench with a \The introduction of the hydraulic system , the article gives a schematic of the entire hydraulic system , using fuzzy control technology to achieve fuel tank temperature control . The monitoring and control system is a key part of the test stand , data logger, a large number of data signal is input to the industrial computer arithmetic processing . In addition , part of the switch and analog control via PLC control system . LABVIEW virtual instrument technology preparation program has a good user interface , making the system easier for the operator accepted . Then the paper discussed soft- measurement technology in the test bench fatigue test program , the analysis of a variety of mathematical model of asynchronous AC motors and motor loss . Finally, is based on a 55kW motor parameters , the rated conditions calculated data accounting , achieve better results .
