The analysis phase of the electronic device structure design CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) simulation , the ANSYS software represented by the finite element method is one of the most important methods . In this paper, the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench important part of medical film scanners Ministry of carriage vibration modal and harmonic response analysis, performance evaluation and design improvements for the scanner provides a scientific theory . The author using CAD software SolidWorks three-dimensional finite element model of the scanner carriage , finite element model into ANSYS Workbench ANSYS Workbench and SolidWorks data exchange and model modal analysis and harmonic analysis . Modal analysis to determine the carriage Ministry order natural frequencies and mode shapes . Strength of the various parts of the stiffness and elastic deformation on modal shape analysis , and a theoretical analysis of the deformation is more serious and has a direct impact on the quality of scanning transmission light shell structure and material as well as several tests and improvements to enhance its stability. Obtained by harmonic response analysis of the model , are sensitive to vibration frequency range of the optical path , and to provide a basis for further design and improvement of the performance of the scanner .
