Abstract


Today, more and more high requirements of embedded systems storage systems not only requires the ability to safely and quickly store large amounts of data , and requirements with external data interaction . The so - called data interaction is the ability to import external data into or export data within embedded memory . NAND Flash is widely used as storage devices for embedded systems , data interact with a convenient and efficient method is the USB flash drive file copy each other and with the outside world . In this paper, how to file interaction between NAND Flash and USB flash drive , put forward a set of solutions. Focus on the question is: how to create a file system , in which , according to the characteristics of NAND Fash used to manage embedded within the system files . Effective solutions for NAND Flash inherent bad blocks and wear leveling issues . Sudden power-down , which could lead to the collapse of the file system is also given in a simple and efficient solution for embedded systems in harsh working environment . In order to achieve the USB flash drive file access , the article discusses how to use the USB interface chip and the FPGA work together to achieve data access on the USB flash drive sector . On this basis, according to the FAT16 and FAT32 standard to write the file system procedures , in order to achieve a USB flash drive formatted as FAT16 or FAT32 file access and operation . Ultimately successful embedded systems connected on a USB flash drive file copy , to solve the problem of embedded systems for data interaction with the outside world . Allowing the system to take advantage of the ability to meet the practical application of a variety of interactive data requirements .
