The wireless sensor network is a distributed network intelligence systems constituted by a large number of tiny sensor nodes with wireless communication and computing power of self-organization . Collaborative sense , in the area of the collection and processing of network information and sent to the observer . Wireless sensor networks have broad application prospects , and can be widely used in the military , the environment, health care , space exploration, and a variety of commercial applications . Nevertheless, this network , there are many problems , such as routing protocols , energy consumption , communication security , positioning . Until now, the technology is still in the research stage of exploration , research on wireless sensor networks is thus valuable . This paper first introduces the basic principles and characteristics of wireless sensor networks . Subsequently, the focus on wireless sensor routing protocol , were studied and compared to the typical protocol in wireless sensor networks , sensor network experimental system routing protocol the SPIN protocol based on the model , the design . Then , through the analysis of the security issues of wireless sensor networks , wireless sensor networks may suffer attacks is summarized and proposed specific measures of defense . Energy consumption analysis and optimization of wireless sensor network node , network node energy limitations problem , Finally, the realization of the energy consumption optimization in the experimental platform of wireless sensor networks . After detailed experimental system of sensor networks to achieve , given the hardware circuit design and control software design of the base station sensor nodes based on MSP430 and nRF905 . Focuses on ultrasonic ranging method , combined with the application background requirements , Ultrasonic Ranging node localization solutions .
