Sensor network by a large number of integrated sensors , data processing unit and communication modules tiny nodes constitute a fully distributed network has broad application prospects . Sensor network management system is designed with less energy consumption , to provide integrated management of the resources of the system configuration , performance , fault , and security mechanisms to more effectively monitor and control the wireless sensor network , an important play to the performance of the sensor network role. Paper wireless sensor network situational awareness background for the study , carried out the research and design of wireless sensor NMS has important theoretical and practical values ??. Firstly, a summary and analysis of the research status of the sensor network and sensor network management , based on the overall framework of a sensor NMS . Complete wireless sensor network management protocol designed for sensor network management in the energy efficiency, reliability and scalability characteristics , including dynamic ID generation algorithm based on the shortest path tree command broadcast , two-way confirmation response mechanism . Cross-layer design method for joint design of routing protocols and management protocols . Finally , on the basis of choosing the development platform and sensor nodes , a the sensing network management system prototype , and to improve the topology display algorithm . The experimental results show that the sensor network management system presented in this paper has a good energy efficiency, reliability and scalability , and able to achieve the sensor network management functions .
