This article describes the development of Ka-band satellite communications at home and abroad , to discuss the impact of rainfall on radio wave propagation , ITU-R rain attenuation prediction model detailed calculations of the rain attenuation , multi-beam antenna based on the results of spaceborne power allocation scheme , the article concludes with a brief introduction to the common anti - rain fade technology , and the most widely used open-loop uplink power control techniques discussed on the uplink and downlink attenuation conversion and uplink attenuation prediction algorithm , and control by the power gap caused by a large number of burst errors preliminary solution .
