Abstract


As the Internet and multimedia applications in the next generation integrated wireless communication , broadband high-speed data communication services, the need is growing . The limited radio spectrum resources available , high data rate can only be achieved through efficient signal processing . Information Theory recent research in the field show that use multiple input multiple output (MIMO: Multiple Input Multiple Output) technology can significantly improve the communication capacity in the wireless channel . MIMO is the key technology for a new generation of wireless communication systems must be used . This paper focuses on the existing high data transmission technology MIMO system empty receiver detection algorithm research and discussion , the main job of the following aspects : first , on the mathematical model of the MIMO system , the channel capacity information theory basis , and several typical channel capacity of the system simulation analysis and comparison : second , a vertical - Bell Labs layered Space-Time structure (V-BLAST: Vertical Bell Labs LayeredSpace-Time) , for example received several empty detection algorithm theoretical analysis and simulation ; third, the sphere decoding algorithm -depth study by computer simulation analysis and comparison of the several versions of the sphere decoding detection the performance of the algorithm , and the application of the extension of the sphere decoding multi- symbol detection algorithm ; simulation analysis of the robustness of the V-BLAST detection algorithm , the main measure of the antenna array , channel estimation error as well as the frequency deviation of these three factors on the performance of the algorithm .
