Abstract


PCBA ( Printed Circuit Board Assembly printed circuit board assembly ) cleaning is an important part of the production of aerospace electronic products , cleaning cleanliness directly affects the quality and reliability of electronic products . Most aerospace PCBA cleaning also uses traditional cotton ball with alcohol hand - cleaning methods , the cleaning efficiency is low , the quality of cleaning by the great influence of human factors . This article is to address the problem , to the printed circuit board water cleaning technology in micro- cleaning technology is the main object of study , in -depth study of the PCBA cleaning technology , cleaning similarity calculation method and the key technology, based on the parameters of the PCBA cleaning parameters automatically generated to do innovative and exploratory research by PCBA cleaning process instance-based reasoning technology combined PCBA cleaning parameter method of generating and using VB language combined with Access instance-based complete PCBA cleaning parameters generation software design and development. A the cleaning parameters database management and query functions . Software for all types of printed circuit board assembly cleaning parameters and by the similarity calculation method to automatically generate function . In this paper, design a friendly interface , easy to operate PCBA water cleaning parameters generated software , an effective solution to cleaning parameters poorly chosen due to insufficient experience in technology officer for Aerospace water cleaning parameters determine a reasonable and convenient reference . Will eventually be applied to the practical work , in order to ensure high reliability in aerospace electronic products .
