Abstract
|
The curved-shaped outlay of modern products’ design are prevailing nowadays, by the developing of the design and manufacturing technique. So is say, there is considerable significance to raise some useful methods for instructing the designing of the curved-shaped products. This paper is carried out by this purpose which is determined to figure out the manoeuvrable designing methods for the design of curved-shaped products. It not only gives a deep look into the latest innovative-designing techniques, and several cases of the bionic implementation has been analysed as well. And one method for the designing of curved-shaped products’ based on bionic-features has been summed-up in the end, and which is validated by the designing practice for one sort of curved-shaped products.1) Give a research on the appliance of the Bionic-designing method in the sphere of modern products’ design. Make a summarize of the process of Bionic-method for products’ design as well as the advantages by referencing to one bionic-designing-practised case.2) Take a study of the modeling techniques of curves and curved-faces, as well as Reverse Engineering techniques for curved-face designing and modifying, summarize the tips for curved-faces’ constructing.3) Sum-up one design-method for the designing of curved-shaped products’ based on bionic-features, as well as the designing principle and programm. This method is based on the thesis of Bionics, by reference to the designing method of the Semantics and the Character-Growing method.4) Put into practice of the designing of Bionic-shaped aircraft, according to the principles and programme of the design-method based on bionic-features which be summarized previously. Validate the feasibility and the maneuverability of this design-method, and thus integrity of the practical system of this design-method is preserved.
