Abstract


The situation in the province of Hunan is the largest state of the water , water conservancy development impact of the development of Hunan . Hunan Water Development must rely on talent, this is the Hunan key water conservancy modernization . This article from the Hunan Provincial Water Sector overall situation of human resources began to analyze the structure of the water industry in the professional , educational structure , expertise and skills in areas such as structural problems and causes.
