Abstract


The shipbuilding industry is an important part of the national economy , Panyu shipbuilding industry has a long history , in a more important position in the development of China's shipbuilding industry . The paper uses the theories and methods of public management disciplines in depth interpretation based on our \the method of analysis of the the Panyu advantage of the development of the shipbuilding industry , weaknesses, opportunities and challenges . Foundation draws on the experience and lessons of the industrial development of the domestic and foreign ships , standing on the point of view of the public administration , and to accelerate the development of Panyu shipbuilding industry , the author conducted in-depth discussions and put forward a number of ideas and suggestions : 1 . Scientific planning , rational distribution , to promote the development of the Panyu District shipbuilding industry aggregation ; investment, vigorously improve the scale and level of supporting industries of the ship ; 3 . increase policy support ; 4 . strengthen the management of the shipyard , particularly in safety management ; 5 . strengthen professionals team building ; 6 build green shipbuilding mode . Finally the shipbuilding project development Panyu District to attract foreign investment , attracting merchants of the new highlights of the development goals of the shipbuilding industry in Panyu .
