Abstract


In national capital supervision, Financial supervision work become more and more important, and the work has already become most basic, most fundamental, and most core chain link in national capital supervision. Under the process of informationalization of national capital supervision, the urgent and serious work will be financial supervision’s informationalizationBased upon the application of financial supervision in the platform of national capital information, this thesis is to explore how to construct deep financial supervision by combining the theory of financial supervision informationalization with the development practice of national capital supervision information system software. Then, the concept of deep financial supervision will be established. The report data is adopted into the concept and microscopically extended to the enterprise account wrap, macroscopically extended to the generalized analysis and the intelligent analysis, and fininally achieves comprehensive and thorough supervision in financial domain.This dissertation is organized as following:1. Review of the financial supervision informationalization and its core status in national capital supervision are presented in the introduction part. Then, it is reviewed that the development of domestic and foreign studies on such issue, the financial supervision information In domestic and foreign development condition, include Western finance supervision information theory and method Exploration and practice. National asset supervision outline state asset supervision goal State asset supervision theory and way and State asset supervision information system. Financial supervision in national capital supervision core status and depth are also illustrated. The financial supervision devises into the software development practice the theory instruction.2. In the scheme part, it is exhibited that the designing idea about the realization of the deep finance supervision of natinal asset. This part mainly descirbes the origin and the implication of deep finance supervision within a systematic framework. The plan of the total of the system is shown by two aspects which respectively are plan of demand and the plan of systematic disigning. 3. The part of analysis, designing and realization expressed the demand and designing of the software according to the request of object-oriented software engineering. Deep finance supervision system analyzing and designing process including demand stage and designing stage. The realization of the process of deep financial supervision includes the essential data classification, the operation flow and the description of function.4. In the conclusion part, it is elaborated that the application of deep financial supervision in the national capital supervision, which is based on three parts, the question soved by the deep financial supervision, innovative point and the trend of deep financial supervision. And the value of deep financial supervision is exposed by analyzing its prospect of application.
