Abstract


Ningde Marine Technology Development Co. , Ltd. is a collection of aquaculture , breeding , processing , export provincial aquaculture industry in one of the key leading enterprise . This is a management problem requiring deep thinking has been developed to a certain stage , the urgent need to achieve a qualitative leap into the a step rapid growth of enterprises , and how the sound development of the continuing operating activities . Due to their own environmental analysis is not thorough , strategic business thinking is not clear at the same time , but also makes the enterprise development face serious challenges. Based on this , the company have a strong demand for Strategic Studies . So, how to adapt to environmental changes play to our strengths to achieve sustainable development , according to the company's own characteristics , the nature of the industry , fishing industry, the status quo , market conditions , and the internal and external environment , among other factors , comprehensive to be considered , to the future development of the enterprises entering into a coordinated with the corporate strategic planning and implementation of goals . Firstly, on a theoretical basis , strategic analysis tools to do the preliminary analysis , the next comprehensive strategic analysis of Ningde Marine Technology Development Co. , Ltd. to use these tools .
