Abstract


The hybrid combinations screening is an important part of the utilization of heterosis . In this study relies on the eastern Gansu Qinchuan early wins cattle resources , screening conditions suitable for the area of production of beef cattle hybrid combinations and technical support for the use of beef cattle hybridization Tigong . Selection of tests for the 10 -month-old Lee miscellaneous cattle (Lee Limousin ♂ × Qinchuan cattle ♀ F1 generation ) , Simmental cattle ( Simmental ♂ × Qinchuan cattle ♀ F1 generation ) , South Miscellaneous cattle ( South Devon ♂ × Qinchuan cattle ♀ F1 generation) , Qinchuan , and Qin miscellaneous cattle ( Qinchuan cattle ♂ × local cattle ♀ F1 generation ) 5 groups of 26 cows concentrate fattening , 24 months old unified slaughter , growth and slaughter performance comparison of different progenies . The results show that , Lee miscellaneous Xiza South miscellaneous Qinchuan and Qin miscellaneous cattle of average daily gain were 0.88,0.91,0.77,0.73 and 0.87 kg , the highest Xiza cattle , Qinchuan lowest , but increasing focusing on the differences between groups was not significant (P> 0.05). Lee miscellaneous cattle 24 months of age body height and body length was significantly higher than the Simmental cattle , South miscellaneous cattle Bust significantly lower than the Qin miscellaneous cattle Lee miscellaneous corbel Hip Qinchuan significantly higher ( P lt; 0.05 ) , tube circumference between the five groups of beef cattle and rump length was no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) . Lee miscellaneous cattle slaughter rates and the highest net meat rate , carcass weight , dressing percentage, loin eye area and lean percentage , with other groups, the differences were not significant ( P > 0.05 ) , Qin miscellaneous cattle flesh was significantly lower than the Lee miscellaneous South miscellaneous group . Carcass meat production rate was also significantly higher than the South miscellaneous group ( P <0.05 ) . Lee the complex, Xiza cattle relative to other groups showed good growth and slaughter performance , is the ideal hybrid combination of local feeding and management conditions .
