Abstract

Choose the 24-day-old body condition Duroc weaned piglets 96, by gender, Wo do the same principle were randomly divided into four treatments, each treatment six replicates, each repeated four control group without adding potassium diformate dimethyl potassium, addition of 1% of the test group 1 and group 2 was supplemented with 1.5% potassium diformate and add 2% potassium diformate test three groups investigated the impact of of Potassium Diformate performance of weaned pigs. The test period for 28d. The results show that: the experimental group, test group 2 of the trial period average pig weight gain significantly than the control group and the test group (P lt; 0.05); average daily gain of the test group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P lt; 0.05). Average weight and average daily gain between the test group, the difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05). Daily feed intake of each group are different test groups 1 and 2 daily feed intake was significantly higher than the other two groups (P lt; 0.05) and other treatments, the difference was not significant. Test a group of feed conversion was significantly lower than the other treatments (P lt; 0.05), and other treatments, the difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05). 15 days and 30 days after the take gut made of slices measured weaning piglets were fed intestinal villus height. The results show that: the 15-day test, the test group, an average of intestinal villi height difference between the test group and the control group was significantly (P lt; 0.05). 30-day trial, the height of the test group 2 duodenal the average intestinal villi (duodenum villus) 0.9835 disabilities 0.1582mm test group the duodenum average intestinal villus height (duodenum villus) 0.8898 disabilities 0.1635mm test group 1 and test group 2 the average height of the intestinal villi of the duodenum are differences with the control group, a very significant (P lt; 0.01); between the test group, test group 2 jejunum (jejunum villus) of the average height of the intestinal villi and the control group the difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05); test group, test group 2 ileal the mean intestinal villi (ileum villus) the difference between the height of the control group not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05). Weaned piglets basic compound to add the potassium diformate can improve weaning piglet intestinal villi height, and 1.5% dose effect best. Add potassium diformate weaning piglet intestinal development and digestive enzyme activities. The results show that the weight of the piglets duodenal group 1 was significantly higher (P lt; 0.05), weight / length (W / L) in group 1 than group Ⅳ 27.2% (P lt; 0.05), the other difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05), the length of each group without significant with difference (P gt; 0.05); jejunum weight first Ⅳ group significantly with less than the other three groups (P lt; 0.05), and the length, W / L of each was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05); ileum weight and length of each group, no significant forward difference (P gt; 0.05) W / L Section Ⅲ group than the first group high 23.6% (P lt; 0.05). Different diets dimethyl potassium level group of small intestine chyme of weaned piglets amylase, trypsin, and lipase activity was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05).
