Abstract


This paper discusses the explosion welding computer-aided design system (EWCAD1.0) developed the theory of explosive welding made ??further in-depth research , and the explosion welding parameters to optimize treatment through the use of the system . EWCAD1.0 software system mainly includes the following modules : ( 1 ) one-dimensional solution of the complex plate movement . Calculated detonation loads , the main use of one-dimensional Gurney formula , The Aziz, formulas and Deribas formula complex plate final movement The speed value , and the results stored in the database . ( 2 ) calculate the numerical solution of the complex plate motion 2D simulation of two-dimensional complex board space flight attitude , Richter formula and characteristic finite difference method gives the complex plate motion attitude curve , a quantitative description of complex in the slip detonation effect the acceleration process of the board . ( 3) to determine the explosive welding window , EWCAD1.0 can determine the theoretical welding window amended by experimental means relevant parameters to launch the actual welding window calibration Best weldable domain . ( 4 ) . Database resource management : the establishment of the explosion of composite materials and calculate the output database , data browsing , maintenance , report generation and printing of conventional database management functions . ( 5 ) Data Security : To prevent software unlawful misappropriation , EWCAD1.0 two encryption , according to the different types of users , the system provides different permission .
