To explore sanguinarine weaned pigs and the feasibility of alternative antibiotics, select Landrace × two yuan weaned piglets as an animal model, the two trials. Determine weaned piglets sanguinarine suitable additive amount on the basis of further research sanguinarine weaning piglet growth performance, diarrhea, blood biochemical and immune parameters as well as nutrient digestibility compared with chlortetracycline sanguinarine reasonable alternative to the antibiotic alternatives provide a reference. Experiment to study sanguinarine on growth performance and diarrhea, choose 28 ± 2-day-old crossbred weaned pigs of similar weight the healthy Landrace × 160, were randomly divided into four groups, each group of five repeat (bar), each repeated eight were fed supplemented with 0 (control group), 60 mg / kg chlortetracycline, 0.5 mg / kg and 1.0 mg / kg sanguinarine experimental diets for a trial period of 30 days. The results show that: the diet supplemented with 0.5 mg / kg and 1.0 mg / kg sanguinarine alkali were increased weaning ADG 10.42% (P lt; 0.05) and 10.81% (P lt; 0.05), respectively, reducing the feed conversion and diarrhea rate of 5.00% (P LT; 0.05) and 65.44% (P LT; 0.05) and 5.00% (P LT; 0.05), 69.12% (P lt; 10.05), and to improve the economic efficiency of weaned piglets. growth performance in the three test groups did not differ significantly (P gt; 0.05). Therefore, weaning piglets add 0.5 mg / kg the sanguinarine available with 60 mg / kg chlortetracycline promote growth effect quite. Test for the study of the impact on growth performance, serum biochemical parameters, immune indicators and nutrient digestibility of sanguinarine select 28 ± 2 days of age and with similar weight healthy long × Yorkshire crossbred weaned piglets 120 randomly divided into three groups, each group five replicates (columns), each repeated eight were fed supplemented with 0 (control group), 60 mg / kg chlortetracycline and 0.5 mg / kg sanguinarine alkali experimental diets, The trial period is 30 days. The results show that: weaning piglets add 0.5 mg / kg sanguinarine: (1) increased by 4.84% of the average daily feed intake and average daily gain (P gt; 0.05) and 10.49% (P lt; 0.05), and decreased feed conversion and diarrhea rate of 5.52% (P lt; 0.05) and 40.42% (P lt; 0.05), the growth performance of the chlortetracycline group; ② significantly increased serum GLU content (P lt; 0.05) ALP, AST, ALT, LDH and BUN biochemical indicators without a significant impact; ③ The significantly with increased serum TP, IgG and IgM level (P lt; 0.05), while ALB and GLOB content influence is not obvious; ④ obvious The apparent digestibility of crude protein (P lt; 0.05), dry matter and energy apparent digestibility improved, but there was no statistical difference (P gt; 0.05). The results suggest that sanguinarine the as alternative antibiotics plant derived additives used in weaning piglets is feasible.
