Abstract

Objective: cysteamine and sugar posts factors add concentrated feed through the feeding trial Slaughtering test to evaluate the dose of cysteamine and sugar Posts prime Holstein bulls fattening its stability, in order to determine its impact on production performance and meat quality of Holstein bulls. : Feeding trial: select fattening Holstein bulls (350kg), respectively, feeding the basal diet (control group), basal diet cysteamine the basal diet sugar Posts prime. Determination of the impact of the addition of different doses of the test cattle feed intake, weight gain and blood indicators. Slaughtering test: routinely slaughter, slaughter and weighed to calculate dressing percentage; carcass in Pai Pai acid acid workshop 72 hours into the cutting rooms China's agricultural industry standard \carried meat segmentation, determination of the loin eye area, bone weight; row of acid after the carcass weight and parts of the main meat weight (loin, the outer ridge, eye meat, brain, breast, tender meat of shoulders, hips meat hip meat, knee round, rice, dragon, millet dragon, belly meat, sinew meat), calculated lean percentage; tests carcass pH and cooked meat rate. Eye muscle, respectively on the brain and hips meat each sample about 500 grams, vacuum-packed and placed in storage at -20 ℃ spare. Determination of the quality of beef in the best case the effect of weight gain. Results: 1 cysteamine test cattle feed was no significant difference among the groups feed intake. Add 20g / (head. D) cysteamine test group daily gain reached 1.088kg. Add 20g / (head d) of cysteamine test group blood sugar (glucose) levels highest, significantly higher than the other groups (P lt; 0.05). 2, add 400mg / (head d) Saccharicterpenin test group daily gain reached 1.6125kg, add 300mg / (head d) 1.5500kg; Add 500mg / (head) 1.6187kg. 3, Saccharicterpenin application late in the growth of fattening cattle, beef cattle blood superoxide dismutase (SOD) can significantly increase, respectively, compared with the control group increased by 51.88%, 63.15% and 67.14%, lipase than the control group increased by 361.56%, 401.85 % and 392.94%, the total protein content than the control group to improve 31.95%, 41.81% and 43.26% (P lt; 0.05); Saccharicterpenin also reduce cholesterol levels, and 18.04% compared with the control group, the difference significant with (P lt; 0.05) . 4, the crude protein content of the Saccharicterpenin group and cysteamine group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P lt; 0.05), glycine and arginine content of the Saccharicterpenin group and the control group compared to a significant difference (P lt; 0.05 ); the Cysteamine group of lysine, leucine content was significantly higher (P lt; 0.05), isoleucine content highly significant difference (P lt; 0.01). Dorsi muscle (IMP) cysteamine group of beef cattle back and gluteal muscle (IMP) contents are very significantly higher than that of the control group (P lt; 0.01), and the effect is significantly higher than the Saccharicterpenin group (P lt; 0.05 ). Conclusion: 1, cysteamine late as Holstein bull fattening suitable addition amount 20g / (head d) Saccharicterpenin late as Holstein bull fattening suitable addition amount 400mg / (head d). 2, cysteamine improve production performance, improve beef quality and carcass quality. Which improve dressing percentage, meat percentage effect is remarkable. The test group Saccharicterpenin improve the coverage and dressing percentage of subcutaneous fat. The Saccharicterpenin prominent in raising test cattle production performance the cysteamine plays a prominent role in improving the of test cattle carcass quality and meat quality. 3, cysteamine improve rump content of essential amino acids, and The cysteamine add group significantly increased leucine, isoleucine and lysine content, increased flavor amino acid aspartic acid content; the add Saccharicterpenin can reduce cholesterol levels. 4, add the the cysteamine and can Saccharicterpenin Holstein bull longissimus loin muscle inosine and hip inosine monophosphate and inosine content increased to different degrees, in which the effect of cysteamine.
