Abstract

Purpose: In accordance with the principles of Chinese herbal medicines, the formation of a pure traditional Chinese medicine treatment of bovine endometritis observe the safety of the drug and the inhibitory effect of endometritis pathogens, and to explore the regulatory role of the drugs on the rabbit uterus and anti-inflammatory effects of inflammation; endometritis cows before and after treatment of uterine hematological indices to detect, evaluate the clinical efficacy of the compound Chinese medicine. Methods: mouse animal model, the safety of the compound Chinese medicine observed by gavage; the rabbits as objects, carried out away from the body of the uterus and in the body of the uterus trial; mouse ear swelling test mouse peritoneal capillary through permeability test, mice paw edema and the prostaglandin E 2 exudation test, mice granuloma in trials, the antagonistic effect of compound traditional Chinese medicine for acute and chronic inflammation; collection of clinical diagnosis of uterine endometritis cows uterine secretions, Isolation and identification of major pathogens, determination of single herbs and antibacterial effects of compound Chinese medicine to the tablet punch method and the test tube method; hemoglobin content of the cows blood before and after administration of Ca, P, The erythrocyte sedimentation rate were measured, while red / white blood cell count and differential leukocyte count, and clinical manifestations of cows, to evaluate the efficacy of the compound Chinese medicine. RESULTS: The maximum concentration and maximum volume of compound Chinese medicine anti cows uterus endometritis mice by oral LD ?? 50 could not be detected; the rabbit uterus test results show that the compound Chinese medicine can significantly enhance not pregnant rabbit in vitro and in the movement of uterine smooth muscle contraction, increased frequency of contraction wave amplitude increases, longer duration; compound Chinese medicine can reduce the mouse ear swelling rate and egg white due to inflammation of the foot prostaglandin E 2 exudation, lower abdominal capillary permeability and cotton balls granulation tissue; endometritis cows suffering from 48 uterine secretions samples were isolated 136 major pathogens, including Staphylococcus 42 strains, accounting for 30.88% of E. coli 33, accounting for 24.26%, 25 Proteus, accounting for 18.38%, Streptococcus 17, accounting for 12.50% 9, salmonella, accounting for 5.88%, other bacteria strains, accounting for 8.09%; the Chinese medicine susceptibility testing showed that the direct inhibitory effect of single herbs and Compound poor; another compound Chinese medicine can significantly increase the number of red blood cells in the blood, hemoglobin content, lymphocytes and monocytes ratio (P lt; 0.05), a very significantly lower proportion of neutrophils in the blood (P lt; 0.01), treatment with the combination of Chinese medicine for more than 15 days postpartum suffering from endometritis cows 32, efficiency and cure rates were 93.75% and 81.25%, a significant effect. Conclusion: the clinical application of compound Chinese medicine is safe for both acute and chronic inflammation antagonism, direct inhibition of the drug is not obvious, mainly through the whole regulation cows haematological indices return to a healthy level, significant clinical effect .
