Abstract

In order to study the tea leaves tannins on feed protein degradation rate in the rumen of sheep and its effect on the protection of dietary protein, the two trials. Test: green tea residue (Xinyangmaojian), scented tea dregs and hybrid tea leaves collected since teahouse, restaurant as materials, determination of the nutrient content of tannins, condensed tannins and crude protein. Will be air-dried tea leaves and high-protein soybean meal (including CP 41.73%) were mixed in different proportions, a total of A, B, C, D, E, F six processing tea leaves and the proportion of soybean meal 0 : 10,1:9,2:8,3:7,4:6,10:0, measured in vitro rumen fluid and rumen fluid HCl-pepsin method the six test material in vitro dry matter (DM) and crude protein (CP) the degradation rate. The results show that: the determination of tea leaves kind of crude protein, crude fiber, TAE CT content range of 23.23 to 28.11 percent, 16.68 to 17.84 percent, 1.98 to 2.10%, and 1.47 to 1.57%; deal with A ~ processing F dry matter step and two-step test, the degradation rate of 25.67 to 61.39 percent, 26.47 to 79.61% crude protein degradation rates were 16.68 to 60.76%, and 17.69 to 84.85%, and the dry matter and crude protein degradation rate differences were highly significant ( P <0.01). Test: in vivo test installation with four permanent rumen fistula Gansu Alpine Merino wethers (1-year-old, average weight of 29 ± 2.55kg), using a 4 × 4 Latin square, A, B, C, D four dietary tannin content of tea leaves were 0.00 (control), 1.02,2.04 and 3.06 g · kg-1DM condensed tannins sheep nutrient digestion corresponding 0.00,0.765,1.53,2.30 g · kg-1DM) The use of nitrogen metabolism parameters. The results show that: the high proportion of tea leaves affect feed intake, dietary D (P <0.01), less than an A, B, C (P> 0.05) dry matter and organic matter feed intake (DMI, OMI); tea-leaf tannins on the dry matter content, organic matter, acid detergent fiber, neutral detergent fiber, nitrogen, calcium and phosphorus digestibility was no significant effect (P> 0.05); urinary nitrogen excretion increased with the level of tannins, nitrogen retention rate the C diet nitrogen retention rate increased by 23.61% (P <0.05) than the A, B, D, respectively 12.57% and 15.88% (P> 0.05); tea-leaf tannin content on rumen fluid pH, total nitrogen concentration significantly affect (P> 0.05), while the ammonia plasma urea nitrogen content decreases linearly with the tannin levels, C, D of ammonia are A, 50.36% (P> 0.05) and 46.55% (P <0.05), plasma urea Nitrogen Base A 68.04% and 59.99% (P <0.05). The comprehensive results showed that the tea leaves is a high-protein, low-fiber protein feed, its tannins reduce ruminal degradability of dietary protein, does not affect the total tract digestibility increased nitrogen retention rate by reducing urinary nitrogen discharge. Under the test conditions, diet tea leaves 10% tannin 2.04 g · kg-1DM condensed tannins 1.53 g · kg -1 DM dietary protein protective effect. and feed intake had no significant effect; the diet tea leaves up to 15% reduced feed intake of sheep.
