Abstract


This study begins with what’s the relax skills of sprinter and how to apply it then analyses the ftnctions and peculiarities of it basing on the feature of supplying energy in sprint exercise. After the result of analyzing practice in the teaching experiment, the study draws a conclusion what’s the main factors affecting the relax skills. It tries to base on the practicality with new view. compact construction , logical system and reliable data. And the pieces of suggestion are just to be conference. The relax skills are playing an important role in contemporary sprint exercise. Paying attention to the studies and trains of it has a theoretical value and practical significance in improving the technical teaching of sprint exercise. While at present most people have a vague comprehension of the general ideas of relax skills and lack of correct understanding of it. Which prevents the improving of sprint exercise teaching and training. The analyzing the skills of sprint exercise with the knowledge of anatomy. Kinetic bio-mechanics , exercise biochemistry .We know the machine- proceed that the relax skills affect the energy metabolism in sprint exercise and the flexibility an harmonization of central nervous system and affecting the relax skills. The training of sprinter’s relax skills. Through analyzing each part that affects the relax skills subject , we train those of factors that affects the formation of relax skills with great emphasis to enhance the forming of relax skills. The apply of relax skills of sprinter: I made two male classes of Grade 99 of Physical Department of Shandong Teacher’s University as the experimental subjects and use following researching methods documentation ,mathematical statistics , testing , comparison analysis and paper survey. First I divided them into two classes: one is contrastive class ,the other is experimental class ,according to the quality testing and the marks of 200-meter-race. Them I took a morh teaching experiment in which I tried to make the conditions equal and overcome obstructions factors. After the experiment, the students were tested in 200-meter-race. Analyzing the collection data. I draw a conclusion that the results of experimented class is better than that of contrastive class.
