Abstract


Our country’ s economy haying entered a new historical developing period, the dominant contradiction-a lack of supply that was troubling z~r economy has been resolved and currency inflation has also been controlled effectively, however, the new contradictions-a lack of demand, drug on the market, currency deflation have become prominent now. The newly encountered problems in our national economy growth are not about the total output, but lie in the internal contradiction of economic structure and the unresolved contradiction of the structure of supply and demand. Its resolution shows much more complexity because structural contradiction interweaves with systematic contradiction. Based on positive analysis of a large number of data, this paper puts forward a series of ideas by way of contradictionary analysis. They include ( 1) The enlargement of income difference between town and country is the main reason of our present structuralcontradiction. The slump market and slowing down of economic growth which are neither mainly caused by the structure of supply and demand nor simply -due to lack of effective demand mainly lie in the lack of effective demand of residents in the country. (2) There is a low-grade problem with the structure of supply and demand tosome extent which shows in twoaspects.One is tosatisfy the demands abroad,the otherthe importsubstitution. Both of these ideas are different from the popular ones prevailing in the theoretical field at present, namely those simple theories, "a lack of effective supply", "a lack of effective demand", andifstructural problems" etc. The analysis to the aspects of structures in this paper is very specific and accurate,so the measures are directly aimed at those problems. In theory, this paper proposes that the interaction between supply and demand structure contradiction and their internal contradiction is the motive force of economic growth, in the meantime, the motive force must be on the condition of the identity of contradiction and overcoming the obstacles in contradiction movement, at last, it proposes major measures of promoting our economy to keep coordinated growth and tries to find out an effective way to resolve the above contradiction.This paper is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is the theory about the supply structure and demand structure, The second chapter is about the contradiction between them in our national economy development, that is the contradiction embodiment in reality. The last chapter is about the solutions to the contradiction induding the supply problem, the demand problem and the security system.
