Abstract

Cephalotaxus oliveri two countries is the protection of plants, a multi-use value, but its narrow geographic distribution, growth harsh environmental conditions, basically in the natural growth of the state, the number of existing resources are very scarce, dwindling populations in endangered status. Both at home and abroad on Cephalotaxus oliveri protection and sustainable use of technologies such as breeding technology, silviculture technology research, no one has a more systematic study, therefore, the papers discussed their propagation techniques. The results show that: (1) Cephalotaxus oliveri field survey, the oliveri Cephalotaxus like the damp habitats multi-Born in the mountainous areas of the north-facing slope of the high altitude, semi-shady ravine, due to human destruction, as well as forest under grazing and other activities, the more common form of natural scattered and Mixed stratified, uneven-aged populations Chunlin basic pattern as the main characteristic is the status of passive adaptation. (2) observations on of Cephalotaxus oliveri phenology law, found that the of Cephalotaxus oliveri sap germinating period in late February, the buds start swelling between the end of March and early April. Leafing early April, the peak in late April, early March to early April is the flowering stage, flowering a month or so. Grow young fruit, fruit ripening in mid-April at the end of September to early October. (3) with one hundred law determination Cephalotaxus oliveri seed weight 2176.619g, laboratory germination rate of 69%, 32% germination potential. (4) Cephalotaxus oliveri is an easy rooting plants, different matrix Cephalotaxus oliveri cuttings rooting rate no significant effect, perlite, perlite plant ash, sand three matrices in cuttings, rooting rate can be reached in about 60% perlite rooting the amount as well as the effect of the root length best average per plant rooting number of 6.45, and the average root length was 2.25cm. Hormone rooting rate is not significant, and 91.67% rooting cuttings treated with clean water, use of hormones ABT KIBA processing of the cuttings, rooting rate but lower by 83.3% and 62.5%, respectively. But hormone rooting number and root length have a larger impact on the use of hormone treatment, the the average rooting amount and average root length of cuttings better than the effect of treatment with water. The ABT 200mg / L processing cuttings 30min effects, rooting rate could reach 100%, the average rooting 8.20 average root length was 3.08cm. (5) with 75% alcohol disinfection 1min in tissue culture Cephalotaxus oliveri spears, and then 0.1% mercuric chloride 15min, the best results. Light culture conditions, the best medium for callus induction MS medium. For of Cephalotaxus oliveri spears explant In MS 6-BA 0.1mg / L NAA 0.5mg / L medium on callus induction rate was 97.92%, and callus bright green color, texture, sparse soft, sticky significant, Tests found that the callus may be further subcultured. To young leaves as explants in MS 6-BA 0.1 mg / L NAA 3.0mg / L 2,4 D 2.0mg / L medium induced callus rate up to 48.6% in the subculture found, tender leaves induced callus than spears induced callus subculture effect, it is difficult to continue the growth. (6) Cephalotaxus oliveri callus growth is very slow, difficult to further induction of differentiation. But to the terminal bud explants, MS 6-BA 0.1 mg / L NAA 2.0 mg / L to induce multiple shoots induction rate was 93.10%, bud light green, following the cultured grow better.
