Abstract


In this paper, our SME policy as an object of study . The text is divided into six parts : the first part is an introduction and overview of SMEs and SME policy ; second part demonstrates the need for the establishment of SME policies ; problems faced by the third part of the development of SMEs in China analysis; fourth part of the review and evaluation of SME policy ; fifth section describes the successful experience of foreign SME policy ; sixth part of China SME policy formulation put forward some proposals .
