Abstract


With the operation of the GATT and the WTO, tariff barriers continue to reduce, subject to the limitations of the traditional non-tariff barriers have become increasingly stringent. Western developed countries to achieve the purpose of trade protection, and actively introduce new measures of non-tariff barriers to the implementation of the strategy of trade protection, green barriers is the most prevalent one. Green barriers is a growing range of non-tariff barriers to trade in a new application. Is it the most important causes of unprecedented attention to environmental issues and trade protectionists are trying to explore new means of trade protection. Throughout China in recent years, for all the efforts to protect the environment, shows that our eastern country as a responsible and make its due efforts.
