Abstract


The article consists of two parts: case presentation and case analysis. Case presentation: Relying on facts obtained from investigation, it primarily describes the growing process actuality and business structure of GuangDong F&D information technology Ltd co.. it mainly shows the enterprise抯 existing problem during her secondary development, because of organization structure抯 unadaptability and engineer operations management抯 nonstandard ization. Case analysis: The author makes use of theory from MBA classes, especially decision梞aking organization structure and control theory of management, to analyze the case in theory. On the basis of it, the author puts forward the solution and particular scheme.
