Abstract


Mortgage mortgage system implementation is one of the core . At present, China 's legislature to achieve the mortgagee can not adapt to the economic development and the needs of practice . In view of this , paper, from the narrow perspective of realization of the mortgage scheme was conducted in-depth research .
