Abstract


Guangzhou HW company is a wholly owned foreign enterprise. This paper introduces the case of guangzhou HW company supply chain characteristics and the problems they faced, and introduced the products, direct raw materials, suppliers, transportation, customs clearance, localization, etc. Due to the total supply cost of sales of the most most, how to reasonably reduce the total supply cost has become the focus of the supply chain management. The case analysis part first analyzes the total supply cost structure and eliminate the secondary factors, at the same time to the product and material classification, find out the key. On the basis of the research on the two problems, namely, consider the cost of inventory in transit transport model and demand and lead time not sure storage model. The comprehensive discussion how to achieve the lowest total cost of supply chain management and puts forward some strategic advice.
