Abstract


Chinese imitation company is the leading high-tech enterprises. The company has experienced entrepreneurs , after various stages of development , facing threats and opportunities ( listing ) coexist. Therefore, the company must now make a strategic decision , namely: how to make good use of opportunities for development, the second venture , to achieve the company once again take off. In this paper, \industry attractiveness , resource-based business portfolio and the portfolio as well as to adapt the organizational structure and human resource management issues , and made recommendations accordingly.
