Starting with the fundamental characteristics, forming mechanism and links by listing the corporation group development process, the paper analyzes the benefits of economies of scale. The theory and reality of corporation group advantages so as to put forward the basic thoughts and specific means of employing the corporation group advantages to achieve the economies of scale. It inquires into the theory model of optimizing the capital structure. It expatiate on the lund ion of finance management at bring into play corporation advantage.
