Abstract

This article alder seedlings ( biennial ) , for the study of materials , by ratios of N fertilization , physiological changes in Taiwan alder growth , biomass and antioxidant enzymes , photosynthetic performance system to investigate and reveal alder physiological variation , study the following conclusions : (1) nitrogen , phosphorus , and potassium have a significant impact on the growth of alder seedlings . Within a certain range , height and diameter growth increased with the increase of the amount of fertilizer . The excessive fertilization contrary, caused by the reduced amount of height, diameter growth . 25 processing of potted seedlings indicators , height growth is the 20th treatment N4P5K3, ground diameter growth of 13 processing N3K3P5 . Chlorophyll content up No. 9 treatment N2P4K. For ; Protein content up to the 15th treatment N3P5K2. The ratios of N fertilization experiments sensitive seedling stage Alder reaction of nitrogen fertilizer , the nitrogen indicators of Taiwan alder ground diameter , chlorophyll and protein have significant impact . ( 2 ) nitrogen, phosphorus , potassium , have a significant impact on a variety of physiological characteristics of Taiwan alder . Reasonable ratio of nitrogen, potassium , MDA content , the smaller degree of membrane damage . Fertilization excessive or inadequate protective enzymes SOD and CAT activities increased POD activity decreased . ( 3 ) nitrogen , phosphorus , potassium , impact on the photosynthetic rate of alder , alder , light compensation point and light saturation point are relatively high , indicating that Taiwan alder higher requirements on the light belongs to hi light species . 25 treatments , including the No. 13 processing N3P3K5 maximum photosynthetic ability , in the 17th processing N4P2K5 worst . The low light of the ability to use the 11th processing N3P1K3 strongest , the 24th processing N5P4K3 weakest Strong ability to use for the 9th processing N2P4K5 the strongest , the 8th processing N2P3K4 weakest . Affect the photosynthetic rate of 9 indicators principal component analysis showed that the first main factor in the decision variable illumination, temperature , represented by the second main factor stomatal conductance .
