Abstract


The Pressing Shop of Shen Yang auto-works is specific shop of producing press parts. Now, not only it produces of parts of cabs and diesels of SY1O41 series vehicles, but also produces parts of JinKe company and Jin Tong company and cab pressing parts of a- griculture vehicles manufacture in China. Many Product varieties, large task volumes, complicated management made high product cost. Purchasing and sales don抰 belong to shen Yang auto-works. These impersonal factors restrict cost controlled work of press parts in Shen Yang auto-works. But it doesn抰 mean no things to do in controlled cost. We can do a lot of work of controlled cost in our scope, we can work for it from hair-like places, we will get beat all effects. Firstly, This article analyses producing condition and controlled cost condition of Shen Yang auto-works and also analyses controlled cost condition of JinKe company and Shen Yang Xing Sheng compa- n~, brings forward a series of faithful measures. They bring into key play in controlled cost of press parts. Secondly, this article dissertate controlled cost measures in ma- terial cost, manufacturing cost and process, producing management. It estimates these measure effects. It has got great benefits. But. it is not enough, the work should be gone on, it still has great poten- tial work to do. Lastly this article analyses intending benefits of implement those measures. it thinks our management should be subdivided. We will have a lot of works to solve in reducing cost. If done it, our enterprise will increase competition ability~ can more occupy mar- ket. Only this, enterprise can go on, can be indefectible position can have more development chances.
