Abstract


With the knowledge economy抯 coming , the economy isn抰 the traditional economics concept, it has tied up ~vith the knowledge closely, and the role of the knowledge is more and more prominent. The research of the goyernment role would have practical directive sense only if placing the government in the NKES (National Knowledge Economy System).According to the brief analysis of the NKES, the point of this paper is the government is the policy maker, main body coordinator, environment builder, information provider and product buyeL Used American government experience for reference, this paper provide some constiuctive measure to some important aspects, Nil construction,, venture investment, intellectual property right, revenue, education, and so on.
