Abstract


The private sector in our country has gone through a tortuous development process. From our actual situation, combined with the history of the development of private enterprises in China, provides an overview of the private sector regeneration and rapid development in China, the status of the private sector, the focus of analysis and discussion of the theoretical basis of the development of private enterprises in China, the private sector role and presence as well as the trend in China in the future development of private enterprises, the development of countermeasures and strategies. Correctly understand and treat the private sector, the development of the socialist market economy, to improve China's comprehensive national strength, building socialism with Chinese characteristics, which have a positive theoretical and practical significance. The text is divided into five parts: the first part discusses the special meaning of the private sector concept, features, and at this stage of the private sector, focusing on the twists and turns of the process of historical development of the private sector as well as the theory of the development of private enterprises in China. The second part of the private sector and regeneration in the introduction of the private sector the status quo based on the analysis.
