Abstract


This paper is a M.A thesis on studying professional morality under socialist market. Professional morality is based on professional part and professional part and professional trade serving for realizing a certain professional value and the highly socialized professional behavior principles and standards centered on coordinating personal,collective and social relations. Under socialist market economic conditions, reinforcing professional morality construction is not only the urgent need for socialist cultural civilization construction, reform of economic & cultural fields and development as well, but also a realistic way to promote citizens moral quality and overall free development, moreover, the need for developing the mature of socialism system and realizing market economic reform.The author analyzes the double effects of market economy on profesional morality construction, explains its important significance under socialist market economic conditions. It puts a key on the basic problems of professional morality construction, stressing thatprofessional morality majors in construction, taking account that the base of professional morality construction is to improve the scientific & cultural level of the people, the core is to serve the people and the subject is the great people; its key field is the power morality and business morality. Starting from analyzing the experience and lessons of professional morality construction, the paper discusses mainly the mechanism of professional morality construction, and puts forward the construction thinking in education introduction, social regulation, rules restriction and comprehensive extension.The innovation of this paper lies in that the author not only uses the moral theory of historical materialism to have analyzed the professional morality value in the process of combination of market economy with socialism, and made some profitable probe to the basic problems, mechanism construction and key fields of professional morality construction.
