Abstract


This article is intended to explain the development of China's stock market and the relationship between the state-owned enterprise reform , hoping to use the securities market , and promote the reform of state-owned enterprises . First : the modern securities market presents five main functions , the development of China's securities market into four stages , and from five aspects described the Chinese securities market development status and problems . Second: the introduction of state-owned enterprises reform and the status quo and the methods and supporting measures , also highlighted the implementation of joint-stock reform of state-owned enterprises in the process of deep-seated contradictions . Third: The proposed state-owned enterprises and the development of securities market development are mutually reinforcing relationship . Fourth: In the United States, Japan, as an example to learn from experience of developed countries , to perfect the legal system of China 's securities , use of the market , and promote the reform of SOEs .
