Abstract


In the cystern of the theory on Deng Xiaoping抯 Chareceristic cocialiem construction,the theory on opening-up plays an inportant role nodoust.Since Third Plenary Session of the CPC抯 11th Cintral Committee,the opening-up prolicy Has been the long-term and undhanged fundemental mational policy for promoting economy and realizing modernization Dengxiaoping抯 opening-up theory is its material premise . The historic experience of the modernization construction by the nations all over the world is its practical basis. The new world situation that peace and development has became the rea main point supplies it With benificial bacdground.The theory on world economy in terrelating with each other putby Marx,Engels,Lenin,Stali n and Mao is the product of the combination of Marxism抯 basic principles with chinese specific practice and eras characteristic.Meanwhile.Deng Xiaoping抯 abundent personal cocial Knowledge and revolutionary experience,scientific spirit of truthseeking and creatice method of theng king is its subjective factor. There are three phrases for the forming and developing of Deng Xaoping抯 opening-up theory,namely,its brewing phrase from 1956 to 1975,yts forming phrase from 1978 to 1984,its phrase of further deepening and being formed into a complete theoretic system from 1985 to 1994. Deng Xiao-ping抯 opening up theory is a complete scintific systemn,First of all,Deng Xiaoping deeply set the purpose of the opening-up.secondly,he made out the strategy of lpening up markde by going forwards step by step, developing all together,in every direction and aspects.Thirdly,he determined the correct developing direction and princirle.Fourthly he exposed systematically the step of the opening-up. In short,the above ideas form an orgenic unity as the result of interelat eon,intteraction and coordination,embodying its hestoric and logical unity,the directing our country抯 modernization construcion. Deng Xiaoping抯 opening-up theory ceatively inherits and expands that on Marxism抯 developing world economy.It contibutes much to Marxism,and has great theoretic significance.At the same time,it supplies the importan theoretic fundation our party on which to fomulate the correct routes,principle s and policies.It reveals the general rules to construct socialism and it has profound and positive impact upon the cause of the international Commusisism and mankind抯 progress.
