Abstract


International economic integration is the institutional arrangements of the relevant country or region make their economies more closely together . Arrangements of this history can be traced back to the beginning of the eighteenth century , after World War II , it has a special significance , since the mid-eighties , the major developed capitalist countries , a considerable number of developing countries has join the process of economic integration , such as the basic motivation for my thesis topic . The first part of the article first examines the origins of the term of the international economic integration , the second part of the efforts to explore the integration organizations, the establishment and development of economic reasons , as well as the integration of optimality , third section briefly discusses the Chinese mainland , Taiwan , Hong Kong and Macau problems of economic integration of the four places . The basic conclusion is that : In view of the status quo and development trend of the four - economic relations and the implementation of integration may be the economic impact to interested parties . The integration of the four places of the Preferential Trade Area for the initial form, and keep our feet on the ground to promote the integration of moving to a higher stage .
