Abstract


ABSTRACTThe Uruguay Round negotiation has finished and the General Agreement on Trade in Services has been subscribed, which show that the connotation and the form of the present international trade has greatly changed. The system of the multilateral trade becomes better and better and the liberalization of the trade in services has been in the charge of it. All the countries in the world will open their markets in services and do the services business, according to the new multilateral rules. With the development of the process of the world organic economy, it becomes necessary to develop the liberalization of the trade in services. That will affect greatly which the countries work out and cany out the policies of the trade in services. In this situation, we should recognizz the effect of the liberalization &f the trade in services correctly in China. We should obey the growing tendency of the trade in services and work out the developing strategy of trade in services of China scientifically to improve it, basing on the Chinese service Wades and the characteristics of the liberalization of the trade in services.
