The paper mainly discusses the relative problems about the legislation of crime in maritime. Based on the discussion of the definition -?classification and features of the crime in maritime ,then makes the definition and character of criminal law in maritime clearly, and comments on the circumstances of the crime legislation in this area in our country ,presents the forms of the criminal in maritime , especially according to the several kind of crimes in maritime and makes some legislative suggestions ,and at last ,it discusses the criminal jurisdiction in maritime , too.
