Abstract


The globalization of the world economy has had a huge impact on world trade and the international maritime industry . International shipping companies as part of the trade in services is entirely dependent on the development of the world economy and international trade . Since the 1980s , the international shipping market has undergone tremendous changes, especially the supply and demand of seafarers structure has undergone great changes . This change provides a good opportunity for a large number of Chinese seamen to enter the international seafarers labor market . However, over the past twenty years of experience seafaring labor service need to further adjust relevant policies , improve the legal system . According to the authors , Analysis and Forecasts of international shipping market in seafaring labor service aspects of the recommendations of policies and regulations . The authors hope that this proposal will develop policies and regulations with reference to those concerned , and believe Chinese seafaring labor service work have greater development in the 21st century .
