Abstract


At present, most countries, especially such developed countries as the USA and Japan, pay more and more attention to corporation culture and regard it as one of the main driving-factors for the corporation’s operation. The characteristics of the corporation culture of those countries all emphasize the effect of human and the idea of cooperation as a group. However, because of some present systems in Chinese corporations, the development of corporation culture in China is far backward. Poor corporation culture in Chinese banking industry would result in the poor development of the banking operation. Since having been one of banking staff in Panjin Cooperation Bank for a long time, I would like to write from experience. With the analysis on the conditions of Panjin Cooperation Bank and the corporation-culture experience of the successful banks in and out of China, this thesis will help the development of the corporation culture in Panjin Cooperation Bank.This thesis introduces the concepts of the corporation culture, the financial corporation culture, and the banking corporation culture in the first chapter, and then analyzes the examples of banking corporation culture in and out of China in the second chapter. Based on the common characteristics of the examples and the present situation of Panjin Cooperation Bank, it puts forward a construction system for the banking culture of Panjin Cooperation Bank. In addition, it explores the new ideas in the concept of human-oriented culture and proposes the CI program of "Panjin Cooperation Bank, the bank for the people in Panjin’; which develops the local market.The characteristics of this thesis are as follows:1) It puts forward a set of construction system for the corporation culture of Panjin Cooperation Bank;2) It chooses the typical cases for analysis (including the banks in developed and developing countries, in China and abroad), and displays the commonness of which;3) It proposes the CI program of "Panjin Cooperation Bank, the bank for the people in Panjin";4) It explores the new ideas in the concept of human-oriented culture which is the "consumer-staff-manager-oriented culture";5) It emphasizes anti-crime -of high technology and financial innovations, which useful in practice.
