Abstract


Li Guo low temperature during storage after harvest will occur chilling injury , the fruit surface spots , flesh browning , resulting in quality deterioration and can not eat . In this paper, \2,3 spraying combined postharvest the 0.04mm plastic film limit atmosphere packaging ( MAP ) , 14d - cycle intermittent warming ( IW ) processing, handling Chilling Injury of plum fruits 0 ° C during cold storage as well as part of the mechanism . The results showed that : 1. Treatment can reduce the chilling injury index and browning index of the low temperature during storage of fruits . GA3 whether separate or combined treatment plum chilling injury have some effect , which one week before the fruit enlargement of fruit enlargement of fruit enlargement period three times a week after the combined treatment effect . Processing can reduce fruit H2O2 and O2- content , can also reduce the content of MDA , effectively delaying the reduction of the sperm plasma membrane integrity . Can improve the fruit of SOD and CAT activity dealt with during this period , of fruit PPO and POD activity decreased significantly . Processing can reduce PAL and 4CL activity , processing activity was significantly lower than the control ; reduces the fruit of total phenols , flavonoids and lignin accumulation . HPLC determination of phenols content is also reduced. Processing also affect the quality of the fruit , you can effectively maintain the hardness and soluble solids content , delaying the decline of the TA and ASA . To sum ??up : preharvest GA3 treatment combined with the postharvest limited gas packaging and intermittent warming treatment can effectively reduce the plum fruit in cold storage during the chilling injury symptoms , inhibition of fruit phenylpropanoid metabolism , enhance the activity of antioxidant enzymes .
